1984
E-Pak built its first roll off container. The primary purchaser of containers was refuse haulers. Containers were primarily shipped to customers in the greater Wayne County area.
1989
An additional 10,000 square feet was added to accommodate the growth in the refuse roll off container business.
1990
E-Pak customized its roll off container manufacturing process to focus on the scrap and demolition industry. Specialized specifications were designed to meet the demand of scrap and demolition customers. With the updated container specifications E-Pak’s footprint in the industry increased significantly.
1996
An additional 12,000 square feet was added to increase production capacity. E-Pak increased its customer footprint from the local market to the greater Ohio market.
1997
A 5,500 square feet EPA approved paint facility was added to keep pace with increased production.
2003
E-Pak begins to build scrap trailers and steel replacement dump bodies. Scrap trailers and replacement dump bodies are primarily mounted on used chassis. E-Pak expands there customer foot print to the majority of the eastern US.
2007
E-Pak continues to be a leading provider of steel containers and trailers to the scrap, demolition and refuse industry. Our current workforce is primarily Amish and over 20% of employees have more that 20 years of employment with the company. The company continues to operate on the same principles as it was founded, and provides innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of its customer base.
2011
E-Pak moved all operations to the Wooster location and begins to expand product lines to trailers and environmental containers.
