We take pride in building the best possible trailers, and you may be wondering how our products get from a vision to work in the field. It all starts with a consultation with our sales team. They’ll help you build the perfect trailer for your application. Guiding you on trailer type, length, height, and so much more. After they’ve worked with you to determine your ideal trailer, they relay everything to our engineering department. Our in-house engineers take the idea and transform it into a custom design. During the design phase, they’ll ensure that everything will work and fit exactly as you saw it in your head.
Once the design is complete we send it to you for your final approval so we can begin the fabrication process. Almost all our fabrication is done exclusively in house. After fabrication is completed, we start our 3rd step, production. A team of expert welders and fabricators begin the nearly 3 week process of assembling your trailer. It’s not a fast process, but it’s this measured approach that allows us to present you with the high quality product were known for.
After production is complete and the trailer has been thoroughly inspected, we blast the trailer to give a clean, smooth base to paint. Using a high quality PPG paint, the trailer is then given two coats of paint to ensure a beautiful finish. Once dry our team adds reflective stickers, logos, and any vinyl logos/ symbols requested by the customer.
This then brings us to our final steps, final quality check. Your trailer will be meticulous inspected & test dumped (if applicable) to ensure it meets E-Pak standard. Once we determine the trailer has earned the right to be called an E-Pak, we’ll get it to you to be put to work. Call or email today to find out just how easy this process is.
