Duties & Responsibilities
- Press Brake Operation
- Shear
- Plasma Cutting
- Industrial Saw operation
- Roller
- Burn Table
- Metal Fabrication
- Read blueprints to determine customer specifications
- Gather metal parts on cart/push to work area
- Lift parts off cart and onto equipment – waist level
- Manually turn materials (may use 2 employees for larger parts)
- Max. push/pull req. to change settings/material
- Could be foot pedal operation while lifting pieces (average piece = 37 pounds)
- Could be up and down steps (17″ and 26″ from ground) frequently
- Hand controls at chest level, steering wheel (repetitive grasping)
- Frequent neck twisting/turning while operation
- Sweep work area with push broom
- Replace tools, use air nozzle to spray off work surfaces
- Operation of tow motor
Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment, work includes exposure to hot equipment with moving components and spending shift on your feet, moving from one area to another may require stepping over and/or bending under objects

Salary: $19.35 – $22.35 per hour
Schedule: 10 hour shift, day shift, no weekends
